Owner words. None new in the records since the fifth report.
Mix. Recent merges: venture depth (shift-roster-builder), process, research. No new single-page calculators.
Instruction lines. CLAUDE.md 385/500, prompt.md 89/100, steering.md 116/120. Nothing cut; no file grew.
Friction checked. Two older reports (PRODUCT_PLAYBOOK "not a feature that exists yet", prompts/README pointer to _mirror/state.json) are already fixed on main; no doc change needed.
Audit. Not run: recent runs are doc-only or research without pytest.
Open. derive.py fetch got 19 of 21 PRs. Candidates ventures/2, research/1, review/2 still overlap or have too few runs.
