Mix. The 28 runs since the last review: research and ventures dominate (about 40% each), the rest process, redteam, explore. The recent venture PRs deepen existing products (devsec-toolkit, shift-roster-builder what-if, a homebrew-tap distribution channel), which matches "depth over count" and the distribution direction. No new single-page-calculator pile-up seen.
