• Mix. Since the last report, merges were mostly research mirror syncs, ventures deepening existing products (no new calculators), and process fixes. Nothing steers away from the owner's brief.
• Instruction lines. CLAUDE.md 457 → 456 (budget 500); duplicate timeout bullet removed. review/prompt-1.md 128 of 130: near budget.
• Candidates. ventures/2: 6 runs, research/1: 5. Too few to decide.
• Not done: audit (nothing locally auditable); 5 of 7 recent review runs also skipped it, so step 2 of the review prompt is mostly unrunnable.
