Can one artist finish this bridal party on time — and what does the booking actually total?
A rate card with one row per service can't tell you whether the group fits your schedule before the ceremony, or how much crediting a trial fee is quietly discounting the booking. This free calculator prices every person, tops up to your minimum, checks the schedule against the artists you've booked, and reports one total. Nothing you type leaves your browser.

A planning figure from the numbers you typed, not an audited statement or a contract. It does not add sales tax you collect and remit, income tax, or product cost per client unless you fold those into your prices yourself.

Everything on this page runs in your browser. Your prices, headcounts, and fees are never uploaded, there is no account, and nothing is saved when you close the tab. Copy shareable link is the one way these figures leave this device, and only because you choose to send them: they ride in the page's URL fragment, which a browser never puts in a request line or a Referer header. Whoever holds that link can read the numbers in it, so send it the way you would send the numbers themselves. We count only anonymous local feature events (booking-priced, assistant-needed, link_copied) so we can tell whether the calculator gets used — no prices, headcounts, or client details are recorded, and Do Not Track / Global Privacy Control turn it off automatically.
Common questions
Does crediting the trial fee toward the wedding day cost me money?
Yes, and that is easy to miss. "Your trial fee comes off your wedding day total if you book" reads as goodwill, but it lowers the combined amount you collect across both bookings by up to the trial fee itself — the same booking is worth less to you than the identical booking without that policy. This calculator shows the total contract value both ways so the discount is a number you chose rather than one that fell out of a rate card nobody added up.
How do I know if I need a second artist?
Add up every person's service minutes plus a buffer for setup and product changes, then compare that to the minutes available from arrival to the moment the bride has to be dressed, multiplied by the artists already booked. If the group needs more minutes than that window has, one artist cannot finish everyone on time no matter how early they start within the window — the fix is an additional artist, not a faster pace. The calculator runs this check and reports exactly how many more artists the schedule needs.
Why does the bride get extra minutes on top of the bridal-party rate?
A bride's look is typically more detailed and often includes a final check right before photos, so it takes longer than the identical service on a bridal-party member. Pricing the bride separately from the party, and scheduling extra minutes for her specifically, keeps both the price and the timeline honest about that difference instead of averaging it away.
What is the point of a dollar service minimum if I also have a headcount minimum?
They answer different questions. A headcount minimum is about whether a small booking is worth the morning's commitment at all, regardless of price. A dollar minimum is the enforceable floor once you have decided to take it — it tops up a small or heavily-discounted booking to a total that still covers your time and travel, rather than declining it outright.
Does anything about my clients or my prices get uploaded?
No. Every field on this page runs in your browser only, there is no account, and nothing you type is uploaded. Nothing leaves this device unless you choose to send it: the Copy shareable link button puts the figures on the form into the page's URL fragment, which a browser never sends to a server or into a Referer header, so it reaches only the person you hand the link to. Anyone who has that link can read the numbers in it, so send it the way you would send the numbers themselves. Usage counting only tallies anonymous feature events, and you can turn it off with the button above.
